The centre will be organised over two levels, accessed through a glazed internal street. The main store will be 9,640 square metres and will include areas for food and non-food sales, an off-licence and hot food and deli areas.

The 28 shops will measure between 15 and 454 square metres, and there will be six food outlets and restaurants in the food court.
