The Company’s Management System has always been based on the efficient and effective provision of service to Clients. In order to enhance this reputation and also to provide independent proof of the Company’s abilities, a Quality Management System has been developed.
The effective operation of the quality management system provides confidence for our Clients that we do what we say we do. It also assists the Company to remain competitive.
Compliance to the Standard requires that the system is operated, maintained and improved on a continuous basis. The responsibility for ensuring that the Company achieves these aims is held by the Managing Director. The Managing Director and the Management Team are totally committed to the success of the quality management system and to assist them, the Managing Director has appointed a Quality Manager.
It is of the utmost importance to the Company that the Quality Management System is maintained at a level that provides for continuing certification to the International Standard. Therefore, all employees and suppliers are required to comply with the requirements of the system.
The Company believes that the certification provides confidence for the Client and the Company that projects completed are in accordance with the contract requirements. It also enables the Company to achieve external verification of the management system as it develops to meet Client’s present and future needs.
The organisation has a policy of continual improvement and setting of quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
We hereby certify that this Quality Manual and the Standard Operating Procedures Manual accurately describes the Quality System in use within the Organisation to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
